This article aims at the new generation employee, embarks from its individuality characteristic, analyzes its and the work loyalty relations. Through the analysis of the relevant literature and interviews with the new generation of employees, we can finally analyze the relationship between the personality characteristics and loyalty of the new generation of employees. According to the research results for the enterprise put forward the new generation employees attention and increase exchanges and pay attention to methods of communication, common to find a reasonable way to solve the problem of the new generation employees team etc. several feasible suggestions, to help enterprises in the new generation employees of management science, has important significance to improve the generation of employee loyalty.

(一)研究背景
80、90后一代是在独特社会背景下成长起来的一代,从物质生活而言,80年代后改革开放的推行,使人民的生活水平不断提高,他们基本从物质生活匮乏到丰富;对外的开放的政策也使人们的生活环境从封闭到了开放,视野不断开阔;科学技术的发展,使人们的信息获取渠道起到从单源到多源;思想的进步也使人们的文化生活从之前的官方主导转变为大众主导;计划生育基本国策的实施,使家庭结构从之前的大家庭,变成现在的小家庭。这些因素使得80、90后一代的个性特征和思想等都有明显的差异性。近年来越来越多的80、90后新生代群体正式进入职场。受社会环境和经济发展的影响,他们拥有更加开放自由的价值观,更敢于向他人表达自己的观点。因为新生代员工的这些特点以及这些性格特征所带来的在管理中的以较高离职率为代表的种种问题,企业的人力资源管理部门迫切希望找到一种科学合理的针对新生代员工的管理方法,来降低新生代员工离职率、提高新生代员工忠诚度。

本篇论文旨在通过文献研究法,访谈法等对新生代员工群体的个性特征进行分析,总结得出影响新生代员工忠诚度的个性特征。通过对新生代员工的性格特性进行分析,找到激发新生代员工工作热情、提高工作效率、增加对企业的认可度及降低离职率的对策方法,为以后的研究提供理论基础。
