一、前言
（一）研究背景
在如今竞争激烈的就业形势之下,应用型本科高校的大学生们在走出校园,步入社会的承前启后之时,对未来充满迷茫与不安，不知如何选择毕业后的去向。在选择要从事的工作时,许多学生往往感觉云里雾里,如何着手找工作则成为一个大问题,很难根据自己的自身条件制订一个令人满意的计划,最终难以找到非常合适的工作，令人懊恼不已。另外，大学生对以后工作的期望值相对较高,对工作岗位感到不满意,亦或是对工作环境不能很快的融入,令离职率变高的现象日益突出。毕业生们无法快速准确的进行从“校园学生”到“社会人”的角色变换,产生对社会环境不适应的局面。导致这种情况的主要原因就是在校期间没有制定一个适合自己发展的学业生涯规划。对自己缺乏认识，定位不准，而且也缺乏职业要求的能力素质。
大学教育从精英式教育转化成大众式教育，近些年应用型本科院校快速发展起来了，而且我国当前正面临经济转型期，需要大量专业型应用型人才，应用型本科高校高校毕业的学生将会成为国家经济与社会建设重要的参与者和实施者。其人才培养目标决定了这类院校大学生学业生涯规划的重要性和紧迫性。
（二）研究目的和意义
应用型本科高校的大学生在大学生总人数中占很大一部分比例，他们不仅人数众多，而且发展空间很大，这部分人将来毕业后将会直接走到生产建设和企业管理一线，成为社会发展和经济建设重要的参与者和实施者，所以说，应用型本科高校的大学生在校学习的效果不仅关乎自身的成长与发展，更会影响到国家和社会的发展。学业生涯规划是一项细致且长远的工作，它是大学生发展的导向，不仅对大学生的本科四年的学习成长提供指导，更为将来的职业生涯规划做好衔接。笔者认为学业生涯规划比职业生涯规划要更具体和广泛，学业生涯规划不仅要包括四年的受教育阶段，更着眼未来，考虑今后的职业发展，笔者认为应当把职业生涯规划放到学业生涯规划的研究领域中。这样便能有个整体性和长远性，能更好地指导大学生的发展。所以要想提高该类院校的教学水平，保证学生的综合能力培养，就必要研究和了解应用型本科高校大学生的学业生涯规划，
本文所研究的目的就是分析研究应用型本科高校大学生学业生涯规划的情况，剖析其存在的问题，找准导致这些问题存在的缘由，为加快促进我国本科高校大学生学业生涯规划的发展提供准确有效的建议。
二、学业生涯规划概述
