y has become a very important topic nowadays. It not only harms the physical and mental health of doctors and patients, but also hinders the harmonious develo and orderly balance of the society. Taking binzhou medical college,500 freshmen as investigation object, the purpose is to understand the medical students consciousness in the current doctor-patient conflict, according to the result of the cognitive study of medical students daily life and the influence of future employment is analyzed, the results prove that medical students perception of doctor-patient conflict situation is not optimistic, seriously affected the career choices. It is recommended that medical students should be given the education to avoid brain drain due to inconsistencies in the medical treatment.

一、引言
（一）研究背景与问题
随着社会的转型和经济的极速发展,社会秩序不稳定，医患矛盾的演变和激化,引发了一系列的暴力伤医事件。医患暴力冲突是医患矛盾中一种极端的表达形式,是社会失范的表现。医生的执业环境和患者的就业环境得不到保障，医患暴力冲突严重破坏了两者的平衡，给医生造成了严重的身心伤害,从而使得很多医生选择明哲保身，降低了医者责任心,而且严重干扰了正常的医疗秩序和社会秩序,影响和谐社会的健康发展。
2016年人民网舆情监测室统计了一年中典型的暴力伤医事件，医闹总人数超过230人，事件中造成医护人员受伤或死亡的达60余人，个别恶劣案件中，患者家属伙同百人包围医院，破坏医院的正常运营，给无辜病人和医生带来了伤害。在今天舆论发展迅速的社会，我们要时刻呼吁大众，医院，不是种下仇恨的地方。
种种事件赅人听闻，荒唐至极，可就是发生在我们身边，因为各种轻易就可以解决的小问题，肆意伤害医生的身体，目无法纪，践踏国家的法律法规。在这一前提下，影响了许多即将踏入社会进行医学工作的学生举棋不定。更有甚者，直接放弃自己钟爱的医护工作而转身其他行业。

1.医患矛盾
医患矛盾是医患双方在诊疗护理过程中，为了自身病情的治愈，对某些医疗行为、方法、态度及结果等存在认识、理解上的分歧，以致发生了侵犯对方合法权益的行为。医患矛盾在我们随处可见，尤其是近几年新闻媒体的迅速发展，使得越来越恐怖的医患暴力冲突事件搬上台面，弄得医患人员人心惶惶，不利于我国医学事业的发展，也不利于社会和谐。
2.2016年医患冲突事件案例分析
2016年医患矛盾冲突没有得到改善和协调，反而变本加厉，其恶劣程度严重影响了每一个人的正常生活。制造矛盾的双方不仅不会用法律手段保护自己，只想用暴力解决，更有甚者，伤害无辜第三者。这样做，破坏的不只是一个家庭的未来生活，还伤害了的社会大众的心。
2016年4月，年仅21岁的大学生魏则西罹患“滑膜肉瘤”晚期而离世，多地求医都希望渺茫，最后通过百度搜索找到了武警北京总队第二医院，医生信誓旦旦的声称可以通过国外疗法保住性命，但事与愿违，二十万元的花销后，魏则西不仅没有好转反而死亡。事情到这并没有得到解决。不久经网友揭发，此医院力保疗法原来是国外已经淘汰的
