Abstract： Learning burnout developed from job burnout has been paid more and more attention to by scholars at home and abroad. Synthesizing many scholars, it can be found that *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: ￥351916072$
the current degree of learning burnout of college students in our country is on the high side, and there are many factors affecting it. From the perspective of professional commitment, this paper attempts to explore the mechanism of its influence on the learning burnout of college students, and through the analysis of the results of the study, puts forward some effective suggestions in order to effectively alleviate the learning burnout of college students. This study is based on the Learning Burnout and Professional commitment scale developed by professor Lian Rong and other professors in Fujian normal University. On this basis, according to the needs of this study, the undergraduates of Nanjing Agricultural University were investigated with a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation and regression with SPSS software.

1．学习倦怠的定义
学习倦怠的概念最早是由“职业倦怠”引申来的，其中学者Maslach对职业倦怠的的定义被学界广泛接受。Maslach把职业倦怠解释为一种情感低落、缺少人性化以及成就感低的现象。[2]关于大学生的学习倦怠，我国学者认为其反映了大学生一种消极的学习心理，具体指的是由于学习压力大或缺乏对学习热情而对学习感到厌烦的消极态度，学习倦怠是学生在学习压力下产生的一种消极的心理状态，究其原因是因学生个体不能有效地缓解学习压力或妥善地应付学习中的挫折所经历的身心俱疲的状态。[3]
