e deepening of the reform in China’s economic system and the more importance attached to organizational culture, the impact the organizational culture has been exerting on the survival and development of organizations is increasingly deeper and further in the 21st centurythe era of cultural management. However, most Chinese enterprises still has many deficiencies in the construction of organizational culture. Obviously, university teachers, pillars in teaching the motherland future stars, should play an exemplary role in organizational cultural identification. Therefore, it deserves researches in university teachers’ organizational cultural identification. This study on the current situation of university teachers’ organizational cultural identification, adopting the questionnaire?survey?method, shows that teachers in Nanjing Agricultural University share higher consciousness of organizational cultural identification. According to the sample data, the propotion of female teachers is slightly higher than that of male teachers, mainly aging from 26 to 45 with 10year teaching experience. Most of them ended their education as undergraduates or higher degrees and mainly as doctors. In teachers’ basic information, the individual characteristics except genders have distinct differences in organizational cultural identification of teachers.

随着我国经济体制改革的深化以及组织对组织文化的日益重视,在21世纪这个文化管理的时代,组织在长期发展过程中所培育形成的组织文化,是所有员工共同遵守的最高基本信念、目标、行为准则和价值观念。受到员工认同的组织文化对组织建设的作用越来越重大,因此,越来越多的组织重视组织文化建设,并且加大组织在组织文化建设上的投入。
