Abstract: In 2015, China adopted the policy of "one couple can have two children", namely the socalled "universal twochild" policy, in order to cope with Chinas increasingly emerging population aging phenomenon. has aroused wide concern and discussion in the whole society. Among these broad influences, the most affected and direct subjects are women of childbearing age in China. In the face of the double pressure of fertility and career development, the influence of professional women is more obvious. The conflict and coordination between reproductive and female career development cannot be ignored, but its attention and research are relatively few. As a group of senior intellectuals in our country, female teachers in colleges and universities have a high level of knowledge and are at the forefront of education, and have advantages and representation for education and culture of future generations. Family of female teachers in colleges and universities is facing to the career development of obstacles, these obstacles and loss are divided into three aspects: first, the birth of physiological and psychological damage caused by the career direct loss; Second, the loss of professional skills to career loss; Third, work the loss of family conflict to career development. These three points directly or indirectly affect the career development of female teachers in colleges and universities. On this basis, the implementation of the comprehensive twochild policy will aggravate the phenomenon and cause further loss of the career development of the second child.
