Both the front desk management, service management background , or logistics and transport , storage, handling , distribution, processing, comprehensive product information , information management systems are playing an increasingly important role. ess operation , to grasp the market dynamics, the rational allocation of inventory, space -saving capital , shorten operation time and improve efficiency in order to achieve lower operating products, improve business efficiency purposes.In this paper, the current status of ERP Suguo construction and the problems were studied and analyzed , and for solving such problems put forward some strategies that : you have to have the strategic layout and investment ideas ; fine analysis of the business conditions ; clear needs, set goals ; staff training ; good plan and objectives ; rational allocation of stocks and so on.

一、ERP在南京苏果超市中的应用
（一）ERP的概念
ERP是（Enterprise Resource Planning，企业资源计划 系统）的概念,指建立在信息技术 基础上，以系统化的管理思想，为企业决策层及员工提供决策运行手段的管理平台。ERP是从MRP发展而来的，是集采购、生产、配送、库存、财务、人力资源规划为一体的集成管理系统，将管理思想、管理目标、管理方式、管理制度有机结合的管理平台，通过对各项资源的最优配置，取得最大化的经济效益。
（二）ERP的发展历程
40年代：人们提出了订货点法，旨在解决库存规划的问题，当时还没有计算机的系统。
60年代的时段式MRP：计算机系统的诞生与不断创新，使得人们对于复杂的运算与杂乱的数据整理得以更好地解决，为了解决订货点法 存在的一些问题，提出了MRP理论，即物料需求计划 。
70年代的闭环MRP：随着人们对于MRP使用原理的理解的加深、计算机操作的日益娴熟及计算机系统 的大量推广，MRP的理论范畴也得到了更大的发展，为了能够更好的对采购、库存、生产、销售这几个模块进行管理，形成了闭环MRP 阶段（Closed-loopMRP）。
80年代的MRPⅡ：随着计算机技术的超高速发展，对于信息的流通也更加快捷，信息搜集变得更加简单，信息也得到了极大的共享，因此MRP的各个子系统也进行了合并、统一，把所有的操作流程集中到一个管理系统内，形成了一个集采购、库存、生产、销售、财务、工程技术等为一体的子系统，发展了MRPⅡ理论。
ERP是一个管理系统，对于超市的整个运作流程都有着很大的影响，因此需要建立一个全面、完善的规章制度与操作规范。如果没有制度的限制，我们就不能保证工作效率，信息的准确性和数据的安全性，因此ERP管理就无法达到预期目标，这可能将导致整个管理系统崩溃。
