摘要
我国大力支持物流行业的发展，在物流技术设施方面的资金投入呈持续上升趋势。物流企业在今后发展的压力也会不断增长，竞争力更会因为物流行业的兴起壮大而日益加剧。物流这个行业从之前少有耳闻到现在切入人们的生活，再到将来人们生活中完全离不开，这个发展速度还是比较迅猛的。物流之所以能这么快的的崛起，主要是因为现在是信息化现代化社会。现代人们的生活主要是依靠借助互联网，从之前只懂借助互联网办公，聊天，到现在通过互联网购物，买东西，人们渐渐接受习惯这个现代化便捷化的新生活。这就给物流行业的兴起创造了条件。物流作为一个刚刚起步，并且作用很大的新名词，对社会经济的发展却有着很大的影响。那么怎么样才能经营好这么一个大项目了？这就涉及到物流管理方面的问题了。物流作业主要是靠减少物流成本来提升自身的利润。

Logistics enterprises in the future development of the pressure will continue to grow, the competitiveness will be more because of the rise of the logistics industry and growing. The logistics industry from the previous few heard now cut into peoples life, and then to the future peoples life cannot be completely separated from, the speed of the development is quite rapid. Logistics has been able to rise so fast, mainly because it is now a modern society of information technology. The life of modern people is mainly depend on the Internet, from the previous only know how to use the Internet Office, chat, and now through the Internet shopping, buy things, people gradually accepted the modern convenient new life habits. This has created the conditions for the rise of the logistics industry. Logistics as a just started, and the role of a lot of new terms, the development of social economy has a great impact. So how to manage such a big project? This is related to the logistics management issues. Logistics operations mainly rely on reducing logistics costs to enhance their own profits.

苏果超市有限公司，是在1996年7月18日创立的。 “苏果”二字就是选用它以前的名字：江苏省果品食杂总公司中的“苏”和“果”两个字。2004年6月，苏果85%股权是由华润控股的。经过18年努力奋斗，截至2014年，苏果连锁网点覆盖苏皖鄂鲁豫冀等6个省份，总数有2200家，其中员工总数达10万人，年销售规模更是一笔大数额达335亿元。苏果超市作为目前江苏最大的连锁超市企业，在2011年“苏果”商标就被国家工商总局认定为中国驰名商标。
