Abstract:The teachers of colleges and universities belong to the knowledgebased talents. They are the personnel training the high level professional talents. It plays an important role in promoting and innovating scientific research, which determines the quality level *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: *351916072* 
of higher education in China. Salary satisfaction is a key factor of stabilizing talents in universities, and also an important basis for the reform of salary system. With the development of social economy, the salary level of College Teachers in our country is increasing, but the salary level is still low, and there are various problems in the system and management. These are not conducive to the development of teachers themselves and universities. It is of great significance to study and analyze the satisfaction of teachers salary in Colleges and universities, and put forward that the improvement of solutions will be of great significance for attracting and encouraging outstanding talents to engage in the profession of college teachers, the development of colleges and universities, and the cultivation of excellent talents. This paper compares the data of universities across the country, compares Jiangsu universities and colleges, and tries to conduct a more comprehensive study of University Teachers pay satisfaction and its influencing factors.
