Abstract:At present, the standard performance assessment of college students village official group in China is usually regarded as one of the important references in the following aspects. [1], so in this case, scientific and reasonable norms related appraisal system of process and the operation is particularly important, this also is helpful to improve the competition of the group, college students village officials work enthusiasm, make the group better in grassroots, lambe, also can avoid live up to what our country set the position of beginners mind. However, it is a pity that there is no research work on this subject in China, and relatively few documents are available in relevant fields. Therefore, we believe that it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and discuss the performance appraisal of the village official group. This paper mainly focuses on the college students village official group in taixing city, and carries out the research and discussion on the assessment mechanism from the local actual situation. From the reality of taixing city college student village official performance evaluation, based on the research of the related literature, the related staff interview, the paper analyzes the current situation of taixing city college student village official performance evaluation, and through the form of questionnaire survey, statistics and data analysis of the status quo. Through research and analysis, it is concluded that the plight of college student village official is mainly a single assessment index, the performance feedback, the application of the assessment results, examine the content of the subject, etc, in view of the different kinds of difficulties, and proposes the corresponding improvement measures.
