拣货流程存在的问题分析及对策
——以波司登物流园为例
【摘要】在配送中心的所有运作中,拣货作业是最受关注的。主要是因为拣货作业成本占整个配送中心成本的60%~80%,另一个重要的原因就是拣货作业效率高低直接关系到客户满意程度。还有就是随着社会经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,对于物质的需求也越来越多,这也就导致了客户订单的多样化和客户服务质量要求的提高。对于配送中心而言,如何更好地优化拣货作业环节,有效地提高配送中心效率,降低劳动成本消耗以及提高企业竞争力具有重要意义。本文以波司登物流园为例,介绍拣货作业流程并指出拣货作业过程中存在的问题并分析存在问题的原因以及寻找可行性的方案与对策。

【ABSTRACT】In the distribution center operations, order picking is the most popular. Mainly because picking operating costs accounted for 60% ~ 80% of the total cost of the distribution center, another important reason is the picking operation efficiency is directly related to customer satisfaction. There is with economic and social development, improvement of peoples living standard, demand for the material also more and more, which also led to the requirements of customer orders and diversification of customer service quality improvement.
