ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of our economy and the continuous deepening of economic reform, Chinas logistics industry has become one of national economy important component and new economic point of growth. As the logistics industry is an *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: 3 5 1 9 1 6 0 7 2
important component, the express industry has become the largest beneficiaries, and grow to be worthy of the name of the Chaoyang industry, while the express industry core is reflected in the " fast", the refraction of the content is transport, how to let the small and medium-sized express company to be able to continue development of the logistics industry to better survive and has a certain competitiveness, doubt that at low cost conditions to improve the efficiency of transportation. With the development of various means of transportation, highway transportation for its flexible, door to door edge, so that it can better meet the needs of modern logistics the timeliness and safety requirements, with the logistics management goals to advocate " to meet customer service needs for the first " service concept. In this paper, Chinas logistics industry development course and the combination of HNA Daily Express Company ( Nanjing branch ) in transportation logistics problems in the development of the feasibility of the proposed solution.

一、引言
作为物流业的一个重要组成部分，快递业成为了最大的受益者，并成长为名副其实的朝阳产业，而快递业的核心即体现在“快”上，如何让中小型快递公司能够在不断发展的物流业中更好的生存下去并具有一定的竞争力，毋庸置疑就是在低成本的条件下提高运输的效率。随着运输方式的多样化发展，公路运输以其机动灵活、门到门的优势，使其能更好地满足现代物流的时效性和安全性要求，符合物流管理目标中提倡的以“满足客户服务需要为第一位”的服务理念。
二、公路运输在现代物流业中的地位和作用
（一）公路运输自身的特点符合物流作业要求
1、公路运输具有机动灵活、门到门的优势，使其能更好地满足现代物流的时效性和安全性要求，符合物流管理目标中提倡的以“满足客户服务需要为第一位”的服务理念。
2、随着信息化时代的到来,人们生活方式将发生重大变化,作为主要面向消费者的物流服务,将进一步向个性化、高效率、小批量的方向发展,而公路运输的小批量、车辆的小型化、行动灵活性的特点正好符合这一发展趋势。
（二）公路运输是各物流节点集疏运的实现方式
公路运输是现代物流网络体系中各物流园区、配送中心完成集疏运必选的运输方式。公路运输在实现区域分配和市内配送方面扮演着不可替代的重要角色，它通常是运输物流服务的最终完成者。
（三）公路运输是实现各种运输方式衔接，促进货物无缝流动的重要力量
货物由生产地到消费地，往往需要长途和短途、干线和支线的配合，需要几种运输工具的分工协作才能完成。在此过程中，总是离不开公路运输的衔接作用。尤其是当前国际物流供应链体系的发展更需要发展多式联运，实现海运与铁路、公路及其他运输方式之间的无缝连接，通过下表对各种运输方式的综合比较以及它们的技术经济特征的对比可以明显的看出在这个过程中公路运输发挥着其他运输方式不可替代的作用。

（一）公路货物运输的概念及其类型
从广义上来说，公路货物运输是指利用一定的载运工具（如汽车、拖拉机、畜力机、人力车等）沿公路实现货物空间位移的过程。从狭义上来说，公路运输是指汽车运输。物流运输中的公路运输专指汽车货物运输。按照不同的划分标准，公路运输可划分为不同的类型。
1、按托运批量大小可分为整车运输、零担运输、集装箱运输和包车运输
1.货物通知、提货和装运
（1）调度员接到货运通知和登记时，要验明各种运输单据，及时安排 接货。
（2）调度员按商品要求、规格、数量填写运输派车单交运输员。
