生态农业经济绩效评价研究
生态农业是指少用农药、少施化肥、因地制宜进行农业生产，并产出绿色、有机食品的农业生产方式。我国经济的不断发展，农业却面临着可持续发展问题；不断提升的消费水平和多发的食品安全问题也使消费者的需求结构由“吃饱”向“吃好”转变。生态农业的发展符合目前趋势，受到了广泛关注。但生态农业的真正实践者——农户的利益却少有人关注。因此，本文综合相关研究，通过调研张家港市塘桥镇农户的经营状况，运用综合评分法，比较生态与非生态农业的经济绩效，吸取当地生态农业发展的有益经验。

A Study on Economic Performance of Ecological Agriculture

Abstract：Ecological agriculture refers to the agricultural production mode which uses less pesticide, less chemical fertilizer, agricultural production according to local conditions and produces green and organic food. With the continuous development of Chinas economy, agriculture is facing the problem of sustainable development; rising consumption level and multiple food safety problems also make the demand structure of consumers from "be full" to "be good" change. The development of ecological agriculture is in line with the current trend and has received wide attention. But there is not enough attention payed to the real practitioners of ecological agriculture the farmers, who has the most direct relation to the ecological agriculture. Therefore, this paper investigates the economic situation of farmers in Tangqiao , Zhangjiagang City, tries to compare the diffidence of ecological and nonecological agricultural’ s economic performance, by comprehensive scoring method. Last but not least, the paper also sum up some useful suggestions about the development of ecological agricultural.

引言：20世纪50年代以来，石油农业发展，农业生产力大大提高，农业、农村的可持续性发展却受到威胁。同时，随着经济持续的发展，消费者对农产品需求由“吃饱”向“吃好”转变，生态观念也随之提高，直接表现为消费者对绿色食品、有机食品等高质量农产品的需求增加。发展生态农业，一方面可以减少目前石油农业发展带来的危害；另一方面，生态农业所输出的农产品，有助于提高我国农产品质量，满足我国消费者日益增长的对高质量农产品的需求。因此生态农业既是世界农业发展的重要方向，也是符合我国国情的农业发展方向。但是发展生态农业的任务最后还要落实到农户个体身上，与社会、国家关心的社会绩效、生态绩效相比，农民更关心的是种植的经济绩效，即自己的投入与收获是否能够成正比，因此，生态农业的经济绩效是一个重要的议题。单位土地是否能够生产更多的产品？生态农产品的市场竞争力是否高于其他农产品？农户是否因此获得更多的收入？这些问题都有待进一步研究。因此，本文的研究目标是分析生态农业的经济绩效，并与非生态农业进行对比。
