医养结合四种模式比较及优化研究苏南地区调查
目前我国即将进入重度老龄化的社会。老年人的养老也面临诸多问题，根据国家文件提出要改变单一养老服务，推出“医养结合”新型养老模式。从而实现医疗与养老资源的整合，满足老年人养老与医疗的需求。而“医养结合”发展到现在，可分为四种模式养老机构内设医疗机构型、医疗机构内设养老机构型、养老机构与医疗机构协议合作型、上门服务型。本调查旨在通过苏南地区的具体案例，调查四种模式的特点，并通过不同模式的比较，了解之间的异同以及存在的问题，并对“医养结合”养老模式提出优化建议。

Abstract：At present, China is about to enter a society of severe aging. Oldage support for the elderly also faces many problems. According to national documents, it is proposed to change the single oldage care service and launch a new model of “Combination of Medical and Health Care Model”.，to explore medical institutions and pension agencies to cooperate with the new model to achieve the integration of medical and pension resources to meet the needs of the elderly have the medical care.There are four models in the development of “combination of medical care and health care” to the present.the oldage care institutions have medical institutions, medical institutions have pension institutions, oldage institutions and medical institutions have cooperative agreements, and are onsite services.This article aims to investigate the characteristics of the four models through the specific cases in the southern Jiangsu and compare the different models to understand the similarities , differences and problems. Then putting forward optimization suggestions for the“Combination of Medical and Health Care Model”pension model. This article will look deep into the“Combination of Medical and Health Care Model” pension model that suits Chinas national conditions。
