在现代社会，物流的发展已经带动了整个国名经济的发展。物流行业在经济发展中所占的比例也越来越大，各种大大小小的物流公司纷纷成立。我国大部分物流快递企业主要为客户提供运输、仓储等服务。通过比较物流服务价格进行市场竞争。上海韵达物流是世界500强联想集团旗下的第三方物流服务供应商，主要从事于国内物流仓储、运输和结算。在竞争激烈且市场还不怎完善的情况下，随着快运速递产业的可经营范围不断发展壮大，路艾迪行业迎来了发展的黄金时期。面对快速变化的市场，通过调研发现，韵达公司在派件流程中存在了很大问题。由于快递业的派送环节脱节，货物积压乃至爆仓，成为了社会讨论的问题之一。众所周知，派送环节是快递网络的末端，更是快递网形成的充要条件。如果能确保快件不延误，及时安全的到达，就可以提高客户的满意度，所以加强快递末端配送建设工作就显得尤为重要。
