This article selects Nanjing Tangjiajia as a case, and has carried on the key interview to the case object, it is on the basis of indepth analysis the professional Village mode present development situation and problems of the organic combine with hot spring, and put forward relevant measures and solutions to promote the development of its better improvement, finally promote the development of rural tourism as a whole and industrial upgrade.

（一）农家乐定义研究
“农家乐”一词产生于国内，国外一直沿用的是“乡村旅游”一词，国外类似于农家乐旅游形式的主要是Bed and Breakfirst(B&B)或者是Homestay，台湾一般表现为“民宿”。[1]对农家乐的概念大多数学者比较认可田喜洲的说法，他将农家乐概念分为广义概念和狭义概念，他的广义农家乐囊括了农林牧副渔，包括渔家乐、牧家乐，狭义的农家乐从两个角度来定义。从购买者的角度来说，是游客在农家田园中寻求乐趣、体验与城市生活不同的乡村意味；从经营者的角度来说，是指农民利用自身院落所依傍的田园风光、自然风景、以低廉的价格吸引市民前来吃、住、玩、游、购、娱的旅游形式。[2] 笔者也认可他的说法，这个定义从广义和狭义两个方面以及购买者、经营者不同角度全面概括了农家乐的特点，具有广泛推广意义。
