风险投资对技术创新的影响研究(附件)【字数：13519】
摘 要经济飞速发展的时代下，技术创新呈现井喷发展的态势，越来越多的国家将技术创新转化为实际生产力来带动经济增长，而风险投资自出现以来就与技术创新密不可分，两者的紧密合作造就了如美国微软（Microsoft）、苹果（Apple）、中国的百度、搜狐、网易等高科技创新企业。本文从理论与实证出发，针对创业板上市企业来研究风险投资对技术创新的影响，进一步探究风险投资的有无以及它的参与度对技术创新的影响程度有何区别，并根据实证研究结果发现技术创新在风险投资支持下的创新能力较强，风险投资的参与度对技术创新的影响不明确，根据实证结果提出优化风险投资机构模式、积极培养创新人才，鼓励多方向创新研发、合理设置企业股权比例与制度、完善风险投资准入与退出机制对的建议。

e trend of development,in this context,more and more developed countries focus on transforming technological innovation into real productivity to drive economic growth,by the way,venture capital has been inseparable from technological innovation since its emergence,it not only brings financial support to technological innovation, but also brings its own resources and experience to the innovative development and operation of enterprises.The close cooperation between the VC and technological innovation has resulted in hightech innovation enterprises such as Microsoft, Apple in America, baidu, sohu and netease in China.
This paper starts from theory and demonstration,study the impact of venture capital on technological innovation by study gem listed companies,so that can further explore the difference of whether or not venture capital has an impact on technological innovation and whether the participation of venture capital can impact on the technological innovation.According to the empirical research results, it is found that technological innovation has strong innovation ability under the support of venture capital but the impact of venture capital participation on technological innovation is unclear.At last,according to the empirical results we can make suggestions like:put forward the optimal development of venture capital institutions;cultivate innovative talents actively;encourage innovation and development in multiple directions;urge the enterprise to set the equity ratio and enterprise system reasonably;improve appropriate access and exit mechanisms and so on,so that can be helpful to improve the development of venture capital in China.
