In this paper, through the search summary of primary products and manufactured goods in recent years, the horizontal and vertical contrast intuitive understanding to the current situation of Shandong import and export commodity structure, combined with the experience of Japan and South Korea, this paper proposes the development and improvement of Shandong province reasonable measures of import and export trade structure, expand domestic demand, and actively develop new markets, promote import and export commodities to technology, capital intensive transformation, accelerate the development of processing trade to solve the high dependence on foreign trade, the low level of import and export commodities in processing trade and development is insufficient.
