大陆与台湾旅游贸易问题研究(附件)【字数：11716】
摘 要随着2008年大陆与台湾《海峡两岸关于大陆居民赴台旅游协议》的签署,首批大陆居民旅游团赴台旅游，2011年又开放了大陆居民赴台个人游，海峡两岸旅游热潮升温不断，旅游贸易急速上升发展，旅游贸易所涉及的各行各业对于两岸的经济比重也越来越高，但是自蔡英文任职台湾地区领导人后对赴台旅游与诸多限制于其不恰当的言论，加上大陆在台游客事故频发，事故后续处理不当，导致大陆居民赴台旅游热度减半，两岸旅游贸易缓慢发展。本文就旅游贸易视角，对两岸旅游贸易的发展历程，发展现状进行分析，并用图表与数据的方法分析两岸旅游贸易额数据以及旅游贸易台湾经济占比，最后针对两岸旅游贸易中存在的问题给出对应的建议和解决办法。

Taiwan’s "TaiwanTaiwan Agreement on Mainland Chinese Residents Traveling to Taiwan," the first group of mainland residents traveled to Taiwan for tourism, and in 2011 they also opened up individual visits by mainland residents to Taiwan. The crossstrait tourism boom has continued to heat up. Tourism trade is increase rising and developing. The proportion of various trades and industries are getting larger and larger . However, after Yingwen Cai has served as the leader of the Taiwan region, Her government has set a serious of restrictions to limit the communicate with mainland ,also her inappropriate comments make a lot of mainland tourist refuse visit Taiwan The high accidents rate in Taiwan ,the slow process of accident followup handling led to a halving of mainland tourists take a wait and see attitude about visits to Taiwan so crossstrait tourism trade development become slow .
This article analyzes the development history and development status of the crossstrait tourism trade ，and use charts and data way to analyzes the crossstrait tourist trade data and the proportion of tourism trade in Taiwans economy . Finally, it presents the problems in crossstrait tourism trade. And make out the corresponding suggestions and solutions.

2008年海峡两岸实现“大三通”直接通邮，通航，通商，两岸旅游贸易加速发展。2011年台湾实行大陆居民赴台个人游，两岸旅游贸易呈井喷式发展。2011至2015年大陆赴台旅游交流人数一直处于上升阶段，由2011年的178万人次到2015年的418万人次，涨幅134%。20162018年，由于政治因素的影响，两岸旅游交流人数出现不同程度的下滑，2015年大陆赴台游客351万人次，下滑16%，2017年大陆赴台游客273万人次，下滑34%。由于陆客的减少，两岸旅游贸易由此也出现不同幅度的下降。2015年大陆游客在台消费约为2300亿元新台币，2016年只有1621.5亿元新台币，较上年减少7.05%。
