Abstract
Economy in the development of peoples living standards are also rising, so peoples quality of life requirements are getting higher and higher, which as a service industry hotel industry is no exception. In order to meet the needs of the majority of customer groups, so that guests in the process of enjoying a more comfortable and personalized service, while allowing the hotel to operate with the ability to sustainable development, so that the hotels core competitiveness has been improved. The virtual reality technology in recent years has been rapid development, but also gradually began with some of the traditional industry combined. From the initial game advertising to the military, extended to the education of art and tourism and other fields, and now VR technology and the combination of traditional industries has become a trend.

This paper mainly studies the application and development trend of VR technology in current hotel by means of investigation, observation, literature research and case analysis. The paper first introduces the VR technology, and also describes the current situation of the hotel. This paper studies the application and development trend of VR technology in the hotel industry, and describes the development and development of VR + hotel model from the aspects of network marketing, restaurant and room respectively.

一、绪论
(一) 选题的原因与背景
虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,简称VR)是自20世纪末快速崛起的一门新型高科技应用技术,该技术将计算机三维图形生成技术、人工智能、数字图像处理、人机接口技术、多传感交互技术等高科技技术融为一体,通过传感辅助设施让体验者可以交互式地浏览、考察和操纵系统预设的虚拟世界[1]。在2016年深圳IT领袖峰会上,VR也是讨论的人们话题,嘉宾以及听众对VR的好奇以及期待直接让该场会议推迟四十分钟,迅雷的CEO邹胜龙认为,VR将会是下一个能出现几家百亿美元的超级独角兽的风口,现在迅雷不仅投资大朋VR,还成立VR消费者体验实验室[2]。腾讯,乐视等也都在建设自己的VR生态布局。前几年,炒的是VR这个概念,经过一段时间的沉淀,VR已经开始与传统行业进行融合。
最近几年以来,我国各地城市化进程不断加快,经济也随之持续发展,大量的高端酒店不断兴建,因此酒店业的竞争也越来越大。在酒店业中,想要增加竞争能力则必须提高顾客满意度。顾客满意度的定义是顾客期望值与顾客体验值的匹配程度,在现实生活中,经常出现在预定客房或者餐饮时照片与实物不符的情况,造成顾客的心理落差,因此降低顾客满意度。而利用虚拟现实技术恰好可以解决这一难点。
(二)研究方法
1.文献归纳法
是指利用现有的资料进行搜集整理,并归纳出普遍性的结论继而对其进行归纳总结的一种方法。本文主要通过阅读参考众多关于虚拟现实技术以及酒店业现状的书籍来进行知识的整合与参考。
2.实证分析研究
本文主要研究,从实际出发,来分析酒店各个部门对VR技术的应用,运用VR技术后对各部门的影响以及案例分析,利用VR技术在酒店发挥作用的预测进行研究分析,并通过搜集整理大量的资料,从实际出发来进行论文的写作。
3.定性分析法
本方法旨在通过对于现有资料的进行分析研究,整理出具有普遍意义的特征。在查阅参考众多VR技术的应用,酒店业现状的相关文献资料之后,来对VR+酒店模式的发展前景、发展阶段以及此模式所具有的优势特征进行分析,总结出实现VR+酒店模式的生成条件与要求。
(三)研究内容
研究内容:
1.通过分析大量的文献资料,确认研究VR+酒店的意义,并明确研究的方法及思路,这些内容主要是文章的第一章一一绪论。
