Because Chinas long-term practice of different household registration system, and the differences between the various urban and rural policy and demographic differences and other factors, caused a way for rural areas and city population income were significantly different between the two areas, disposable income is also not a small gap, the gap being too large, not fair will cause our province economic development speed and level, thereby affecting the process of building a well-off society, and even become the social unstable factors, by collecting large amounts of data and references, the official data and I refer to the Provincial Bureau of statistics are given, a variety of data analysis of the income gap between urban and rural residents. Based on this background, this paper use economics knowledge during the University, to shorten the gap and put forward feasible countermeasures. Hope this paper points out the problems and Countermeasures of the proposed, to make a contribution for the economic development of our province.

进入新世纪以后，山东省的经济发展速度是有目共睹的，经济发展取得的成效也是十分显著的，根据我所收集的资料，我省在2015年时国民生产总值已经达到了63002.3亿元，比2014年增长了8％，在全国34省份经济发展水平的排名中，我省排名第三位，这一经济成效是毋庸置疑的。但是经济发展迅速并不代表经济发展的全面和协调，在我省的经济发展过程中，还是有许多问题存在的，比如，城乡居民收入差距的不断扩大。众所周知，由于经济水平以及多种因素的限制，我国政府在农村地区和城市地区实行有差别的政策对待，导致了我们的城镇居民收入渠道和农村地区人口收入渠道的不同，从而也就导致了两者之间明显的收入差距。在此，我收集参考了大量的文献记录和统计数据，客观分析了山东省城乡居民收入差距的现状及其影响因素，通过自己的研究，为我省经济发展的全面协调提出了几点相应的对策。
其实，缩小城乡居民收入差距，不仅仅是政府扩大财政支出，调整经济政策的目标，也是广大人民群众最真切的愿望。只有缩小了城乡居民收入差距，我们的经济才能更加公平的发展；只有缩小了城乡居民收入差距，我们才能更好的全面建设社会主义；也只有缩小了城乡居民收入差距，我们才能够更好的面对我们目前所处的经济新常态。
二、山东省城乡居民收入差距现状
自从上世纪80年代来，城乡居民收入差距的问题已经得到许多学者和经济专家的重视，只是由于上世纪我国整体的经济基础薄弱，经济发展速度相对较低，经济发展水平也比较落后，这一问题还没有得到大众的普遍重视，直到进入新世纪以后，当我国的经济发展速度提上来以后，差距越来越明显，这一问题才成为了全社会的共识。长期注重经济发展效率忽视公平的模式已然不能适应经济发展的新常态。所以，改变这一差距现状，已然是迫在眉睫！
据统计，山东省2015年人均可支配收入约为22703.2
