农村城镇化是社会经济发展趋势和必然产物，新型城镇化成为我国经济发展的重要着力点。随着我国经济社会的发展，全面提高城镇化水平成为一个重要的国策。各地政府正在全面加速推行城镇化进程。多轮驱动的新型城镇化越来越成为一种趋势，不仅仅是工业，文化资源也应成为新型城镇化的驱动因素。合理开发文化资源，推动乡村经济转型，是文化资源型乡村就地城镇化的重要途径。本文从自己的家乡贵州务川大坪镇，一个依靠文化资源开发建设的新型城镇作为研究对象，运用实地调研以及文献整理对大坪镇城镇化进行全面的剖析。对大坪镇利用文化资源新型城镇化建设现状、存在的问题和解决对策进行分析，从而总结大坪镇在新型城镇化建设过程中存在的问题，最后提出合适大坪镇以文化资源新型城镇化建设发展对策。

Local governments are accelerating the process of urbanization. This paper analyzes the urbanization of Daping Town from the study of Dabing Town, Wuchuan Town, Guizhou Province, a new town which relies on the cultural resources as the development model. 1 引言
随着我国经济发展，城市规模开始壮大，农村城镇化也步入发展阶段，进行农村城镇化建设，是促进农村发展，提高农民生活条件的必由之路，也是构建社会主义新农村的基础。随着国家发展对“三农”问题的关注，未来时间内，农村城镇化依旧是国家城乡经济发展的重要发展举措。加快推动农村城镇化进程，是缩小贫富差距，实现全社会建成小康社会，完成我国现代化建设的长期任务。当前各地区相继加大对农村地区发展给予特别关注，出台相关惠农政策促进农村地区城镇化发展。城镇化发展不仅能带动广大农村地区的的经济发展，也是与我国国民经济息息相关。而且关系到我们关门经济的全局发展。
