光强对条叶旋覆花生理生化特性的影响
[摘要] 目的:分析光强对条叶旋覆花植物生理生化特性的影响,为条叶旋覆花光照调控提供参考依据。方法:采用Li6400光合仪测定光合参数;采用96%乙醇提取法测定叶绿素含量及组成,计算光合持续时间;采用硫酸蒽酮水合热法测定可溶性糖含量,采用考马斯亮蓝G250法(Bradford法)测定可溶性蛋白含量;采用紫外吸收法测定过氧化氢酶(CAT);采用硫代巴比妥酸法测定丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:不同光强下,条叶旋覆花生长指标和各项生理生化指标均存在显著性差异;透光率为100%时,最有利于条叶旋覆花植株生长。自然光下,条叶旋覆花的生长态势最好,光合性能最佳,可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白、CAT活性均为最大值。MDA

含量随着透光率下降呈上升趋势,说明植物受损程度增高。结论:条叶旋覆花为典型的喜光植物,自然光下生长最好。

Effect of light intensity on physiological and biochemical characteristics of Inula linariifolia Turcz.

[Abstract]Objective: To analyze the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the plant Inula linariifolia Turcz. under different light conditions(33%, 42%, 58%, 71%, 100% of full sunlight), and to provide a reference for the light control of it. Methods: Using Li6400photosynthesis to measure photosynthetic parameters; 96% ethanol extraction method to measure the contents and constitution of chlorophyll, andcalculate Photosynthetic duration; Using Sulfuric acid anthrone hydration heat method to measure the contents of soluble sugar, Coomassie G250method (Bradford method) to measure the contents of soluble protein, ultraviolet absorption method to measure the activity of catalase(CAT), and thiobarbituric acid method to measure the activity of malondialdehyde (MDA). Results: Under different light intensities, the growth index and the physiological and biochemical indicators of Inula linariifolia Turcz. are significantly different; Under 100% of light transmittance the plant grows the best. Natural light is the most beneficial light for the plant’s growth, the data of growth momentum and the photosynthetic performance are all the best; contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein and the activity of CAT are the highest. As the decline of light transmittance, the content of MDA improves(which means the higher extent of damage). Conclusion: Inula linariifolia Turcz. is classical heliophile, which has the best growth under natural light.

条叶旋覆花(Inula linariifolia Turcz.)为菊科旋覆花属多年生草本植物,是传统中药金沸草的基原植物,既可观赏又可药用。性温,归肺、大肠经,具有降气、消痰、行水的功效,主治外感风寒、痰钦蓄结、咳喘痰多、胸膈痞满等症,是中医临床治疗咳嗽的主要用药[1]。主产于安徽、江苏、浙江等地。几百年来,历代医家在其药性及临床研究方面积累了丰富的经验,如《本经》说:“主结气,胁下满,惊悸。除水,去五脏间寒热,补中,下气。”《别录》中说道“消胸上痰结,唾如胶漆,心胁痰水,膀胱留饮,风气湿痹,皮间死肉,目中眵蔑,利大肠,通血脉,益色泽。”
