Methods: antiinflammatory experiment observation of uterine tumor effect of Xiao Capsule on xylene induced ear swelling in mice, analgesic experiments adopted hot plate method and torsion body method, to observe the number of mice pain threshold and twisting body reaction after administration, the blood circulation experiment observation on Hemorheology in rat model of acute blood stasis; results: House of tumor elimination significantly inhibited ear swelling of chemical substances caused by a 2.79g/kg capsules, 1.40g/kg, show gongliuxiao capsule has obvious antiinflammatory effect. 1.40g/kg and 2.79g/kg have significant inhibitory effect on the pain induced by glacial acetic acid and heat stimulation in mice. Gongliuxiao capsule can significantly reduce blood viscosity in the rat model of acute blood stasis value red cells and (200mpa.s, 30mpa.s, 5mpa.s, 1mpa.s) of the, aggregation index, whole blood low shear reduced viscosity, whole blood high shear reduced viscosity, erythrocyte rigidity index and erythrocyte deformation index of TK and yield stress (P < 0.01 ~ p < 0.05); uterine tumor of removal capsule 0.93g/kg can significantly reduce the Casson viscosity; gongliuxiao capsule 0.465g/kg also significantly decreased the whole blood viscosity value (200mpa.s), whole blood high shear reduced viscosity, erythrocyte rigidity index, erythrocyte deformation index TK (P < 0.05 ~ p < 0.01). Conclusion: the palace tumor capsule has obvious antiinflammatory and analgesic effects, which can obviously improve the blood rheology of blood stasis rats, and has obvious effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Onset dose 0.465g/kg.

子宫肌瘤(Uterine Leiomyoma)是女性生殖器官中最常见的良性肿瘤，生育期妇女患病率约为20％～25％，并呈逐年上升的趋势。子宫肌瘤又称子宫平滑肌瘤，又称为纤维肌瘤、子宫纤维瘤。由于子宫肌瘤主要是由子宫平滑肌细胞增生而成，其中有少量纤维结缔组织作为一种支持组织而存在，故称为子宫平滑肌瘤。子宫肌瘤主要症状包括经量增多、经期延长、不规则阴道流血等月经改变、白带增多、腹痛腰酸、下腹坠胀、压迫症状、不孕及继发性贫血等。子宫肌瘤属中医的瘕积范畴，其病因病机与津血凝结有关，尤以血瘀成瘕最为多见，故常以活血化瘀法破其瘀阻，令其津血通调，瘕积则可渐消。子宫肌瘤不少患者有下腹坠胀感、腰背酸痛。当浆膜下肌瘤发生蒂扭转或子宫肌瘤发生红色变性时可产生急性腹痛，肌瘤合并子宫内膜异位症或子宫腺肌症者亦不少见，则可有痛经。

三棱，为黑三棱科植物黑三棱Sparganium stoloni erum,Buch. Ham.的干燥块茎。冬季至次年春采挖，洗净，削去外皮，晒干。分布于东北、黄河、流域、长江中下游及西藏。具有破血行气，消积止痛的功效。用于症瘕痞块，痛经，瘀血经闭，胸痹心痛，食积胀痛。
莪术： ézhú。别称蒁药、莪荗、青姜、黑心姜、姜黄，拉丁文学名：Curcuma zedoaria （Christm.） Rosc.，莪术为姜科、姜黄属多年生宿根草本，本品为姜科植物蓬莪术 Curcuma phaeocaulis Val.、广西莪术 Curcuma Kwangsiensis S. G.Lee et C. F. Liang或温郁金Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.
