一、导言
(一)研究的背景与意义
1、研究背景
作为现代信息化、网络化与金融化高度融合的产物——电子银行业务,象征着当代金融业的主攻方向,而大型商业银行、国有银行为了尽可能地避免产品同质化带来的残酷竞争,不约而同地将电子银行业务提上了近年来的整体发展战略,而在此之后,山东省农信社已经深刻认识到电子银行业务的创新与改进已成为当前金融发展的重中之重。同时,电子银行被誉为“金融业的雏鹰”,是这个传统银行业务中的朝阳产业,不仅突破了时空的限制,还降低了银行与客户之间的交易成本,并通过互联网来传递经济金融信息,使电子银行会争取到更多的固定与潜在客户,从而扩大金融市场占有率。
当前我国国内学者的研究都还不够具体,都过于片面,没有形成一个真正完整而又系统的研究体系与理论体系,这使得我们对于电子银行业务的研究仍需要不断的探索与创新。
2、研究意义
本文将会把SWOT分析法与山东省农信社电子银行业务的发展现状相结合,来研究山东省农信社发展电子银行业务策略,以期能够对山东省农信社电子银行业务存在的问题与不足及其日后发展战略提出一些具体的意见与建议,对其农信社发展战略起到一定的参考作用,促进山东省农信社能够在广大农村和不发达地区的金融发展中独领风骚。
(二)国内外文献综述
1、国外研究现状
Isaac Mbiti & David N. Weil(2011)的研究指出 M-PESA (移动钱包服务)降低了人们使用非正式的储蓄机制,但是增加了他们所开户的概率。M-Pesa 的竞争降低了西联汇款的价格。所以说M-Pesa 在一定程度上对当地的支付业务起到了促进作用。
Wireless Intelligence(2012)认为传统性的金融机构缺乏在不发达地区提供基本的金融服务,而原因在于正规金融机构设立专门性的ATM自助设备需要付出的固定成本太高,同时贫穷地区的居民所需要的金融交易的额度低,次数少。正是由于物理性质的经营网点数量少,降低了交易成本,手机银行才加强了对不发达社区与贫困地区的渗透,在印度尼西亚、肯尼亚等发展中国家迅速崛起。
