Jinan is the capital of Shandong Province, is one of the important gathering in Shandong, a large number of college students and the difference is bigger, the choice of college students in Jinan city as the research object, starting from the status quo and characteristics of the employment of college students in Jinan City, the influence factors of College students employment in Jinan city were analyzed, combined with the theory of supply and demand of labor market, starting from two a view of external factors and internal factors, put forward to solve the employment problem of college students in Jinan city strategy.

1.研究背景
就业是兴国、兴民之根本，社会和谐稳定的保障是就业，就业问题事关人民的生活是否富裕，社会是否和谐，大学生在整个社会中最富有朝气和可持续发展性，虽然大学生拥有热血和激情，能够为社会发展和国家进步注入新鲜血液，但是，我国大学生的就业问题令人堪忧，其创造性、激情感都在“就业难”的境况下被打压的悲观避世。
大学不断扩招，大学生面临最严重的问题便是“就业”，青年一代面临飞速发展的时代，就业问题也已经上升为全球性问题，并受到世界各界广泛关注。就业问题并不简单的和大学生人生路途相联系，更重要的是在恶性循环中直接影响我国高等教育的改革和发展。社会在进步，思想在转变，大学生就业理念以及社会就业模式也发生了翻天覆地的变化，现在的大学生被赋予更自由的职业选择权，但是在自由选择职业的模式之下也持续产生着新难题。所以，大学生就业问题亟需解决。
2.研究意义
就业问题依然严重，甚至在近几年有愈演愈烈之势，这一问题能否顺利的解决将直接关系到民族兴盛和国家富强。
