Abstract

Finally, the rice dish with the problem put forward the constructive suggestion, change the existing distribution mode, establishing large delivery center, and small and medium chain enterprise cooperation, form the similar foreign joint distribution in a new distribution mode, perfect their own logistics distribution system, and strengthen the core competitiveness, and formed its own unique advantages.

(一) 研究背景
连锁经营以其专业化、发挥规模效应和分工优势的特点正逐渐成为世界零售业发展的新趋势。在我国尤其是近年来大中连锁企业销售规模逐年增加,销售增长明显高于社会商品零售总额的增长,在零售领域的地位进一步提高。国外的连锁业从经营方式到运作理念都己相当成熟,尤其在商品配送环节更值得我国借鉴。如沃尔玛、家乐福等跨国大型连锁超市比之国内的连锁企业有着强大的竞争优势,不仅在于其强大的经济实力和品牌效应,还在于他们先进的供应链管理和配送系统,使得商品价格低廉、种类齐全以及对顾客需求的快速反应。
(二)研究目的和意义
现代零售企业要以规模求发展,必须靠连锁来实现,而连锁又最终依靠现代化的物流管理与运作。没有现代化的物流管理与运作,就谈不上真正的连锁经营。而物流运作中的配送环节的效率与水平,在一定程度上决定着连锁经营的成功与否,最终决定着连锁零售企业的生存与发展。
我国大部分企业目前仍然对现代物流的认识不足不能从系统角度正确认识物流管理在连锁经营与企业发展中的重要地位与作用,致使物流管理落后,物流资源分散,物流运作成本过高,连锁经营缺少高效的物流运作来支撑,企业的核心竞争力难以形成。所以,我国连锁零售企业采取何种物流运作模式以提高自身的核心竞争力,己经是一个很迫切、很现实的问题。
二、连锁企业配送的现状分析
(一) 配送相关理论分析
1、 配送的基本概念
日本早稻田大学教授西泽修博士在他著的《物流ABC指南》中对配送做如下定义:所谓配送是从发货地到消费地之间,对所有进货物品、半成品、发货物品及库存品所做的计划、实施及管理。配送是费用效率最高的方法,为了最有效地将原材料和成品等送达目的,由综合采购、运输、仓储等功能而组成的配送中心是较为合理的一种配送形式。配送的英文原词为Delivery,但不能将它简单地理解为交货、送货,也不能单纯地理解为“批发+送货”。
2、配送的特点
配送具有以下四方面特点:
第一,不是一般的送货和销售型送货,而是从物流据点到用户的一种特殊送货形式。
第二,不是一般的输送和运输,而是从物流据点到用户的终端运输。
第三,不是一般的供应或供给,而是“门到门”的服务性供应。
第四,不是消极的送货式发货,而是在全面配货的基础上,充分按用户的要求进行服务,它是将“配”和“送”有机的结合起来,完全按照用户要求的数量、种类、时间等进行分货、配货、配装等工作。
