环渤海经济圈对威海区域经济的影响(附件)
摘 要本文以整个环渤海经济圈和威海当地的区位优势为视角，通过分析环渤海地区崛起引发的积极作用，论述了环渤海经济圈的发展对威海区域经济的影响，国家对环渤海经济圈的政策支持力度加大，前景瞻望光明，威海作为环渤海城市群中的一员以及新兴城市的代表，积极与环渤海经济圈的发展密切联系起来，实现飞速的发展。促进环渤海经济围崛起，推动区域经济协调发展，对三省一市及用边地区经济发展方式的带动都具有重要意义，同时对促进以威海为代表等新兴城市产业结构优化升级以及区域经济结构的调整有重要的参考价值，以点带面，推动了整个沿海经济圈的协调发展。

he positive role of the rise of the ring Bohai region, expounds the influence of the development of the economic circle of the ring Bohai on the regional economy of Weihai, the prospect of the Bohai economic circle in the ring of Bohai, and the Weihai as a member of the ring Bohai city group and the emerging city. The representatives of the city should actively associate closely with the development of the Bohai rim economic circle.
The economic circle around Bohai is a major aspect of the states support policy to the coastal areas. The development of regional economy is an important measure of the national policy. It is also an important step in implementing the thought of the general secretary of Xi Jinping in the new era. The relative backwardness of the industrial collection and the optimization of the industrial structure are the important measures of the new economic era.

将环渤海经济圈与三省一市之间的关系进行分析解读。二者存在互动响应关系，经济圈发展建设过程中，国家推动的新兴城市可以模据自身优势为其提供有效的带头经验，其中威海新区可以在环渤海经济圈建设对城市的规模影响效应提供解决思路及方案，以及环境保护协调发的先导规划，其反哺环渤海经济带的作用随之呈现，深化新区依托潜在大港的优势关系，促进产业优化整合，加速中日韩自贸区发展，加快推动威海地区及周边一体化进程。

1.国内研究现状
针对产业经济效率变动发展趋势的分析表明，区位优势对港口产业经济产生积极影响，产业结构和外商投资对产业经济发展产生推动作用，资源消耗型产业比重过大是导致经济带产业净值增长不迅速的重要原因。
卢嘉瑞在《环渤海经济发展战略构想》2012一文中指出，环渤海经济圈的发展所面临的主要问题在于“发展体制不健全，开放力度不大，缺乏协同发展的区域规划和明确可行的政策引导，区域经济一体化进程与经济发展速度不关联”。
