4Abstract 5(一)国外研究 7(二)国内研究 7(三)总结与思考 8二、 “互联网+”休闲农业发展现状与问题 10(一)“互联网+”休闲农业发展现状 10(二)“互联网+”休闲农业发展问题 10三、数据变量及模型分析 12(一)数据来源及变量选取 12(二)模型设定 13(三)回归结果与讨论 14四、结论与建议 15致 谢 16参考文献 17附 录 19“互联网+”时代下消费者参与休闲农业意向度调查我国休闲农业起步比较晚,虽然我们国家是长久以来一直是传统的农业国,但是人口多,经济落后,休闲农业迟迟没有发展,同时我国工业的发展也并没有多久,但是进入二十一世纪以来,我国的经济腾飞发展,国民经济飞快发展,休闲农业也就应运而生,并且发展迅速。近些年随着经济发展越来越好人民生活水平越来越高,人们对休闲娱乐的需要也充盈起来,休闲农业的需求也越来越大,但是随着休闲农业的发展,传统的休闲农业暴露出来的问题很多,不管是经营者还是管理者以及土地使用者,对新经济新模式认识不够,还在用传统的农业周边经营方式经营休闲农业,造成了拓客难,价格低,服务差等一系列问题。随着“互联网+”时代的到临,网络为消费者与生产经营者之间架构起了桥梁,为休闲农业的转型与成长供给了助力。“互联网+”时代拓客,消费者沟通,服务等等都不再是问题。本文通过查阅文献为主要研究方法,首先总结了国内外休闲农业的发展现状,然后以调查问卷的形式对消费者进行了调查,综合分析了“互联网+”新农场发展中消费者与商户存在的信息不对称问题,用户反馈渠道不畅等多方面问题,新型农场未来发展的优化措施,并分析探究“互联网+休闲农业”的发展策略。在此基础上提出了农场的线上、线下发展优化策略,主要涵盖了旅游服务、用户体验、基础设施、配套、互联网思想等方面内容。

In recent years, as the economic development has been getting better and better, peoples living standards are getting higher and higher, peoples needs for recreation and entertainment are also filling up, and the demand for leisure agriculture is also increasing, but with the development of leisure agriculture, traditional leisure There are many problems exposed by agriculture. Whether it is operators or managers and land users, they do not know enough about the new model of the new economy. They are still using the traditional way of agricultural peripherals to manage leisure agriculture. This has caused difficulties in expanding customers, low prices, and services. Poor and other issues. With the advent of the “Internet Plus” era, the Internet has provided a bridge between consumers and producers and operators, and has provided assistance for the transformation and growth of leisure agriculture. The "Internet Plus" era, customer communication, services, etc. are no longer a problem. This article reviews the literature as the main research method, first summarizes the development status of leisure agriculture at home and abroad, and then conducts a survey of consumers in the form of questionnaires, and comprehensively analyzes the existence of consumers and merchants in the development of “Internet plus” new farms. Problems such as asymmetric information, poor user feedback channels, and optimization measures for the future development of new types of farms, and analysis of development strategies for “Internet + leisure agriculture”. On this basis, the online and offline development optimization strategies for farms are proposed, which mainly cover tourism services, user experience, infrastructure, supporting facilities, and Internet ideas.
