This paper through field investigation and typical case analysis, analyzed in the process of industrialization of agriculture why many farmers professional cooperatives need of company leading and why farmers professional cooperatives founded difficulties of agriculture related enterprises these two questions and guided by the problems the development mode of "company + cooperative" for indepth research and analysis, obtains the result that healthy development of the "company + cooperative" will the future of agricultural industrialization in the nucleus and the development proposed in view of the observations and recommendations.

（一）研究背景与意义
（1）加快培育新型农业经营主体，是促进农业产业化的重要依托。
在“十二五”期间，国家十分重视农业产业化的发展，国务院从政策层面高度重视农业龙头企业的发展，积极扶持和培育其健康成长发展。农业龙头企业通过发挥自身优势，切实地推进了区域优势农业产业的发展，促进了当地经济的发展，并吸纳了一些农民就业，影响深远。
近几年，四化相结合的新型农业经营体系的构建和发展被高度关注，连续几年的中央一号文件都有被提及，国家鼓励和扶持多种形式新型农业经营主体健康成长和发展，其发展也展现了中国农业基本经营制度的未来发展方向，是小农经济转向现代化农业发展的重要道路。
重点发展农业产业化，是解决“三农”问题的关键抓手。
“十二五”期间，国家对农业产业化发展高度关注和重视，对其发展的扶持和支持力度也在不断加大，农业产业化发展提升效果明显，在质量和效益方面都有大幅提高，随着农业产业化进程的不断推进，不仅极大地促进新型经营体系的构建完善和发展，对于农业产业转型升级作用也日趋明显。农业产业化发展，已经成为解决“三农”问题的一个重要抓手，也为我国当前新型城镇化建设和实现城乡一体化发展发挥了积极作用，有利于我国经济稳中向好发展。
