上公司资产负债表分析以延长石油化建公司为例(附件)
摘 要 随着我国经济现代化的逐步完善和深化，分析报表已成为财务管理的重要事项。资产负债表分析是对企业经营情况的总结、评价，运用数字语言对盈利能力、偿债能力、运营能力等进行分析，进而为包括管理者、投资者及行业市场在内的各个会计信息使用者提供企业财务状况和经营成果等信息资料。财务分析可以为管理者提供决策支持，可以为投资者把握投资方向，可以衡量评价市场行情。同时在对企业的管理进行财务分析，还可对企业会计制度的执行情况，会计信息真实准确性等进行判断和评价。延长化建作为化工行业的领跑者，其品牌价值已超过百亿，经营规模、市场占比在行业内显著提高。本文以延长化建为研究分析样本，收集了该公司 2013年至 2015 年的相关数据，运用比率分析法、趋势分析法、和项目质量分析法辅以直观表图分析了其近几年的财务经营状况，并结合行业发展趋势，真实客观的分析了延长化建的偿债能力、盈利能力、资金周转情况等各项财务指标，对延长化建经营状况做出了客观评价并对公司发展中要注意的问题提出相应意见。

Abstract
With the gradual improvement and further deepening of our national economic modernization, the Balance Sheet Analysis has become an important part of the management process. The Balance Sheet Analysis is the summary and evaluation for the situation of business management, specifically embodied in digital speech, conduct profitability, compensation debt capacity, operational capacity and other analysis, and then providing corporate financial position and operating results or other information for those including managers, investors and each accounting information users of industry market, etc.Through the financial analysis, we can provide decision support for managers, grasp the direction of investment for investors and also can measure or evaluate the market quotation. Meanwhile if we analyze the finance of enterprises management , we can also make some screening and evaluation for the implementation situation of enterprise accounting system or the veracity of the accounting information . As a leader of chemical industry , Yanchang Chemical Construction Corporation ‘s brand value has exceeded more than 10 billion,its business scale and market share improved significantly in the industry. This paper based on the analysis sample of Yanchang Chemical Construction Corporation, collecting the data of this company during 2013 to 2015 year. We analyzed its financial management situation in recent years using the ratio analysis, trend analysis and mass spectrometry combined with intuitive project table chart analysis ,and then combined with industry trends, we analyzed various financial indicators truly and objectively including its construction extend solvency, profitability, cash flow and so on.
