The LPP system to constantly improve the enterprises own development.LPP system including application management, project management, supply management, production management, delivery management, transportation management, inventory management and so on a series of modules, which covers a very broad and specific. In terms of the way of a Shanghai Sheng enterprise, "zero inventory" is the ideal state. Therefore Shanghai Transit Sheng enterprise a reasonable use of the LPP system, changed the traditional methods, continuous innovation, at the same time, nurturing new talent above , also used the lot of thought. Since using LPP system, Shanghai Transit Sheng enterprise also is reborn in general, in the fierce competition in the domestic market accounted for a place.LPP system to better reduce the enterprise cost, dig out the new reduce the logistics cost of the tip of the iceberg. However, even if is only the tip of the iceberg also to the enterprise to bring more business opportunities and new opportunities. According to statistics, the logistics cost of our country occupy 40% of the product itself, and the economically developed countries logistics costs typically accounts for only about 25% of its products.
