ABSTRACT
Today is the age of accelerated economic globalization development, if star hotels want to continue to grow, they have to look for ways at the human resource level. And the employees born after 1980, as a star hotel’s new force, they are full of vigor and vitality. So they have long been a mainstay of the workforce. But with the booming hotel industry, the loyalty of the new generation staff continue to refresh the all-time low. The new generation employees have a negative attitude and often change jobs in the workplace. They not only for the allocation of social human resources, hotel managers bring problems, but also to employees’ personal career path become twists and turns. As a result, many managers focus their attention on the loyalty of the new generation of employees. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign literature about the personality characteristics and loyalty of the new generation employees, sorting out the most valuable reference materials to study the impact factors, training significance, training the strategies and a series of questions about the loyalty of the new generation employees born after 80s.
This paper will analyze the reasons for the decline of employees’ loyalty from the four aspects of employees, personal, hotel, family and enteral environment and combining the personality characteristics of the new generation employees.
