Abstract
With the continuous changes and progress of the times, the requirements of the industry for all kinds of marketing methods are constantly improving,Internet insurance is one of the most representative example.Internet insurance is different from marketing mode of the traditional insurance,It is based on the previous insurance marketing innovation.It is convenient but also risky for people.This paper is based on this base, through literature analysis, text method, comparison method, comprehensive analysis method and means, will be facing the risk of development status, characteristics, the Internet insurance through the analysis of the causes of the risk, with the root of this paper puts forward some feasible measures for risk prevention.

divided into five parts, the first part mainly introduced the idea of writing this article, through the elaboration of this article research significance, the domestic and foreign literature, shows that the research contents and methods; the second part shows the development and distinguishing feature of Internet insurance; the third part puts forward the Internet insurance risk; the fourth part according to the risk of the third part, summed up the the reason; the fifth part puts forward the pertinence of the Internet insurance risk prevention suggestions on the causes of the fourth part.
This results of the paper provide theoretical basis for the insurance industry and customers, to avoid risks, reduce losses, protect interests, and accelerate the development of the industry.

一、导言
(一)研究的背景、意义
电子设备的不断革新,网络技术的大力发展,都为互联网保险的兴起和发展提供了技术基石。自中国保险信息网于1997年成立以来,我国电子商务技术的进步带动了互联网保险的蓬勃发展,越来越多的人不满足于传统保险复杂繁琐的营销方式,而倾向于给人提供绝对便利的互联网保险,它不但简化了客户对于产品选择、理赔的流程,节省时间和精力,还在此基础上给保险公司也提供了便捷,节省中间费用,提高公司效益。但是互联网在给保险交易主体带来便利的同时,也潜藏着不少的风险,给客户带来明确的财产损失,使保险行业的诚信度降低,严重损害了保险企业的企业形象,如不将这些风险和问题加以制约和解决,极易影响保险行业业务的开展,带来不必要的财产损失。由此可见,互联网保险所存在的风险不得不防。
互联网保险是在以往保险营销的基础上进行的创新。国内外学者都针对互联网保险的相关问题进行了深刻地研究探讨,提出了一系列的防控风险的措施。对已阅读学习的国内外文献进行分析、归纳和总结。
1.国外文献综述
国外近几年对互联网保险的文献较少。Wei-Tsong Wang和Chia-Cheng(2014) 提出客户更注重产品的质量以及产品的简易化,这深深影响着客户的购买欲望。所以,保险企业在风险防控的同时也要注意产品的研发与创新,使产品更趋向于简单化,促成客户下单购买。
Lu Se Hun Li和Sukho Lee(2009)认为顾客在网络平台浏览保单时的购买欲望受产品的质量及服务质量的影响,顾客在线体验越舒适,购买欲望则越强烈。保险行业应注重平台的维护修缮,给顾客带来最好的在线体验。
