角色冲突
角色冲突是社会学角色理论中的一个重要概念。角色是指个体在社会关系中的身份以及与此身份相匹配的行为规范和行为模式的总和。由于个人往往需要在复杂的社会活动中同时扮演两个甚至更多的角色 ,当这些角色对个人的期待发生矛盾、难以取得一致时 ,当这些角色之间的行为规范发生冲突时，就会出现角色冲突。
