民营企业财务管理现状分析及问题研究以新疆阿尔曼集团有限公司为例(附件)
摘 要无论是企业运作的哪一个环节，都离不开财务管理的支持。可以说，财务部门是维持企业持续发展的永久动力。企业想要创造出产品，势必需要以货币资金作为基础，没有货币资金，企业就会停滞不前，甚至破产。然而，财务管理还伴随着很多难以解决的问题，如果企业中缺少相对完善的财务管理，那么企业是很难识别出其中的账务虚实问题的，而且很难对货币资金进行监控，造成货币资金流出企业的情况时有发生，最终阻碍了企业运作各个环节的实现。所以，当前企业亟待解决的一个问题就是完善企业中的财务管理体系。本文以新疆阿尔曼集团有限公司为例，首先介绍了财务管理的内容及其重要性，其次介绍了当前新疆阿尔曼集团有限公司财务管理现状并剖析了财务管理中存在的问题，最后对出现问题的原因进行了分析，并给出了完善新疆阿尔曼集团有限公司财务管理问题的对策。

It can be said that the financial sector is to maintain the sustainable development of enterprises. Companies want to create a product, it is bound to need money as the basis of funds, no monetary funds, companies will be stagnant, or even bankruptcy. However, financial management is also accompanied by many problems difficult to solve, if enterprises lack of relatively perfect financial management, then the business is it is difficult to identify the financial situation, and difficult of monetary funds monitoring, cause monetary fund outflow situation of the enterprises have occurred, and finally it will hinder the realization of various aspects of the operation of the enterprise.So, a problem to be solved in current enterprises is to improve the enterprises financial management system. In this paper, the Xinjiang Arman Group Co., Ltd as an example. Firstly, the paper introduces the content and the importance of financial management, followed by the introduction of the current financial management of Xinjiang Arman Group Co., Ltd. and the analysis of the problems existing in the financial management, finally, the analysis of the cause of the problem appears, and gives perfect countermeasures of Xinjiang Arman Group Co., Ltd. financial management problems.

前 言
民营企业在我国现行经济体制下发展速度迅猛，是促进社会稳定和经济增长的重要力量，在很大程度上为我国的经济发展和资源优化配置做出了重要贡献。但由于民营企业经营规模小，资金力量薄弱，内部控制程度较差，使得在社会主义市场经济中处于较弱的竞争地位。尤其是在目前严峻的经济形势下，大多民营企业面临着生存危机。因此，在外部经济形势相同的情况下，民营企业如何在市场经济中争得一席之地是非常重要。所以，民营企业应引进先进的财务管理理念、采用科学的财务管理方法、完善财务管理体系。在民营企业创业发展历程中，存在着很多问题。目前存在的最主要问题是多数中小企业经营者无暇或者无意识顾及企业的财务管理体系建设。而在企业管理中，财务管理是现代民营企业发展的关键环节。因此从理论和实践上探索民营企业财务管理的建设方案，可以帮助民营企业提升财务管理水平，实现企业利润最大化目标；提高民营企业的经济效益和社会效益。所以探索民营企业财务管理对于实现整个社会效率的提高具有实际意义。
1 绪论
对于一个企业来说，其最主要的问题即生存问题，而确保企业能够继续生存的关键就是财务管理。一个企业如果想要长期稳定的发展下去，就应该改变传统的财务管理观念，将财务管理的水平提升起来，只有这样，企业才能够获得更多的效益。增强财务管理水平，有利于增强营运能力，规范资金使用；有利于扩大融资渠道，促进资金来源；有利于吸引高素质人才，提高企业的核心竞争力等。所以，研究新疆阿尔曼集团有限公司的财务管理问题，不单单是对该公司财务问题进行研究总结，提出相应的解决对策，也是为我国中小型企业财务管理问题提供宝贵的经验借鉴，从而促进财务管理在中小型企业的应用与发展。
