Peoples income gap between the rich and the poor and Chinas current social system is not sound and a series of problems makes network public opinion in the expression of their views, often reflect the expression of negative emotions.Under normal circumstances, this negative mood is not conducive to the healthy development of the network environment and social harmony and stability. Therefore, by analyzing and studying the law of negative emotions of Internet users in the network public opinion environment, so as to grasp the law of coping, it is beneficial to the healthy development of the network environment and promote the harmonious development of society. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of network public opinion and the characteristics of Internet users emotion..And then analyzes the changes of negative emotions in Internet users and the negative emotions of Internet users. Finally, the paper analyzes the negative emotions of Internet users at the present stage.

（一）研究背景
现阶段的中国，网络舆论中网民在表达自己观点时，常常体现负面情绪的表达。一般情况下，这种负面情绪不利于网络环境的健康发展和社会和谐稳定。 因此，通过分析和研究网络舆论环境中网民负面情绪表达规律，从而掌握其应对规律，有利于网络环境健康发展，促进社会和谐发展。
（二）国内外研究现状
目前，国内对于网络舆论中网民负面情绪表达的研究已经有了很大的进展，相关的专家学者从社会学，心理学、传播学、综合性视角等方面对网络舆论中网民负面情绪的表达从其产生原因、传播渠道、影响等方面进行过深入的探讨，赵玉桥在《网民负面情绪生成与传播中的媒介解读》中认为媒介是网民负面情绪形成的催化剂，并对媒介及记者提出了建议。还有的学者针对某一新闻事件具体情况来进行具体的研究。
国外主要是对于网络舆论的研究，对外文文库上的近期文献进行搜索，发现其研究领域主要
