Abstract：Farmers’ professional cooperatives are a legal personality of the organization for economic cooperation, which is on the basis of household contract responsibility system. In this organization farmers comply with the principle of the voluntary association, the democratic management and the common ownership, it is used as a farmers、enterprises and the market coupling link, it offers the possibility of the existence of scale farmers , small and scattered farmers to change the traditional mode of operation , as opposed to singlefamily households , increa *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: ￥351916072$ 
sing their competitiveness , making the join cooperation organize farmers to expand production scale. Farmers professional cooperatives as?an important carrier of?farmers to improve competitiveness,?increase?the income of farmers,?has been widespread concern in the community?and?support.?This paper takes Fugou?County of Henan Province as an example, based?on?Farmers professional cooperatives?in deepening?understanding,?understanding of its?development present situation,?analyzes the main?problems existing?in its development,?and to?promote its further development?and puts forward some?feasible?countermeasures and suggestions.
