Abstract: The older generation of migrant workers is an emerging labor group in the economic and social transition period. After the reform and opening up,they made great contribution to the development of Chinese industry, urban construction and rural prosperity. At the same time, it also brings a series of problems.Now, more than thirty years of the reform and opening up has been, the older generation of migrant workers gradually reach retirement age, their pension is facing many problems.Through case interviews, the present study finds that the old generation of migrant workers are facing the problems of single pension mode, low income level and lack of spiritual support.Finally through the analysis of interview conclusion, put forward the following suggestions on th *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: ￥351916072￥

一、绪论
（一）研究背景
据国家统计局发布的《2015年全国农民工调查监测报告》显示,我国农民工总量达2.77亿人,比上年增加352万人。从年龄结构来看,农民工平均年龄继续上升,比上年提高0.38岁。随着年龄的增长,老一代农民工面临的主要问题已经由工作上的问题转变为如何在即将或者已经退休的年龄解决好养老问题。而且随着社会的进一步发展,农民工面临的养老压力将会越来越大,给我国的社会保障和经济发展带来较大的挑战。
老一代农民工在我国改革开放的过程中伴随着经济发展建设逐渐成为新型的主体,在我国现代化的发展过程和经济建设中扮演着重要的角色,起到不可估量的作用。但我们应该看到,老一代农民工始终处于社会的底层,并且收入较低,这都为现如今他们面临的养老问题埋下了较大的隐患。老一代农民工在我国农民工数量中所占比例较大,他们中大部分人已经达到50岁以上乃至退休年龄,但是以前不完善的养老机制使得现在的养老出现较大问题。如果解决不好,将极大的影响“老有所养”等社会目标的实现。
（二）研究目的
随着工业化进程的推进,党和政府始终将农民工的权益保护和养老问题放在重要位置。基于政府的密切关注和学界的研究热点,本研究选择通过对老一代农民工的个案访谈,分析当前老一代农民工养老制度存在的问题、他们对于养老的规划和期望,在此基础上提出改进农民工养老保障制度的建议,以期为研究当前老一代农民工的养老问题提供质性资料,为解决当前农民工在养老中遇到的困境,构建符合农民工预期的养老模式提供现实依据,为政府建立健全相关养老保障政策措施提供政策参考。
（三）研究现状
1.国内研究现状
研究老一代农民工养老保障问题,首先需要确定农民工的基本概念,国内学者们针对农民工这个概念的界定不尽相同,当前我国学者对于农民工概念的界定主要从以下角度。郑功成(2002)在研究我国农民工与社会变迁的关系时认为,农民工是我国制度变迁与社会转型期间所出现的特殊群体,特指在城镇务工的农村户籍人员。周亦桥(2003)也认为:农民工是介于城乡之间的既不属于城市也脱离农业生产的城镇边缘群体。赵晓霞(2003)分析:农民工是指那些在城镇从事非农业工种的农民，大致上可分为离土离乡的农民工和离土不离乡的农民工两类。根据上述学者的理解,本文对农民工做以下界定:农民工是指主要从事非农产业,在城镇务工但户籍仍在农村的乡村户籍人员。
