he residents has been steadily improved, and the willingness and demand of cultural consumption have also been improved. However, compared with urban residents, rural cultural consumption there are still many problems. This paper chooses the Chahe Township, Rudong County, Nantong City as the research object, analyzes the existing rural cultural consumption problem, including: the backward concept of cultural consumption, the single structure of cultural consumption, and the imperfect public cultural facilities. And put forward the corresponding improvement measures, including increasing the income of rural residents, increase investment in cultural undertakings, innovative forms of cultural consumption and other means to further stimulate the local peoples cultural consumption enthusiasm, and promote the healthy development of rural cultural consumption.

十三五规划以来，文化消费已经成为我国新的经济增长点[1]。江苏自古以来就是经济、文化大省。但是在文化消费方面，江苏省内，城市与城市之间，城市与农村之间，还存在着较大差异[2]。南通市在经济发展上处于江苏省的中等水平。作为全国千强镇之一的岔河镇，在经济水平、农村人口、文化消费等方面都具有较强的代表性。此次调查，综合运用了文献研究法、问卷调查法、实地考察法等手段，力求全方位多角度，尽可能的搜集到足够多的有效信息。通过问卷调查的形式，了解岔河镇农村居民对文化消费的基本态度、各类文化消费支出占比；在实地考察的过程当中，掌握当地文化硬件设施的普及和使用情况。信息收集完成之后，进行原始数据的整合分析。之所以选择这个课题，一是由于农村文化消费一直以来就是农村文化建设的重点，事关国家经济社会的方方面面。二是因为作为一个南通人，我希望能更多的了解自己的家乡，通过调查研究岔河镇，分析其在农村文化消费上存在的问题，提出相应的改善措施，为南通市甚至是江苏省内其他的农村地区，在促进农村文化消费健康发展上提供一定的经验。
