由于科技信息的迅速发展，经济全球化已经成为了现实，而电子商务也由此不断发展，向着各行各业所渗透。于此同时，支付方式也随着电子商务的蓬勃发展而发生着快速变革，传统的商业支付模式难以满足现代化电子商务的需求，因此，网络支付模式应运而生。本文正是基于以上认识，对我国企业电子商务中关于网络支付所存在的风险进行了探讨，首先是通过文献的整理，对网络支付的发展进行简要概述。网络支付虽然具有便捷、高效的优势，可由于发展时间短、法律体系存在空白、缺少政府部门的监督管理等问题，使其一直存在着各种隐患。其次是运用案例分析的方法，以支付宝、微信为例，主要描述了我国网络支付现状的发展，从而分析了网络支付中的操作风险、网络安全风险、信用风险和法律风险四个方面，并针对这些风险提出相应的对策，以期对企业电子商务中网络支付有着诸多帮助。

This article is based on the above understanding, to our country enterprise electronic commerce on the existing network payment risk are discussed in this paper, the first is through the sorting of literature, for a brief overview of the development of online payment. Network payment although has the advantages of convenient, efficient, can be due to the short development time, the legal system is blank, the lack of government supervision and management and network payment there have been various hidden trouble.
