The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of the real estate finance in Shandong province through the data analysis. The fifth chapter analyzes the development trend of the real estate finance in Shandong province. The last chapter puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the development of Shandongs real estate financial market. 一、引言
(一)研究的背景及意义
近五年来,商品房的销售单价从2010年的0.39亿元/万平方米进展到2015年的0.56亿元/万平方米。与此同时,个人住房信贷从2011年的852.52亿元增长到了2014年的1281.3亿元。如此高效迅速的增长幅度,对山东省房地产金要求也更加严苛。选取了山东省房地产金融行业近六五年的相关数据,依据相关理论,可有效的分析出山东省房地产金融行业的发展现状。并结合山东省房地产金融行业的近况,有效的分析出山东省房地产金融行业未来的发展趋势。
基于现有文献很少有对特定省份,尤其是对山东省的研究,本文针对山东省房地产金融的现状及发展趋势,结合其特点进行分析,从而得到有关房地产金融行业的发展策略。
