企业的发展能力分析以用友软件为例(附件)
摘 要发展能力是企业持续发展和未来价值的源泉，是企业的生存之本、获利之源。对企业发展能力的分析与评价有着很强的现实意义。它不仅是科学评价企业绩效的关键、是政府加强宏观调控，改善企业管理和满足外部需求者的工具，更是企业提高竞争力的有效工具。企业发展能力包括核心技术能力，协调整合能力，营销能力，战略管理能力，创新能力等，通过各项财务指标的分析，可以全面评价企业财务状况的好坏，盈利能力的高低，本文以用友软件2013—2015年的财务数据为例，采用定性分析与定量分析相结合法和比较分析法，运用相关指标对该公司的发展能力进行分析，并提出改进建议。同时通过对国内外有关企业发展能力分析与评价的大量文献的研究，分析分析不同经济发展时期对企业业绩评价的不同要求，论述了信息时代研究并构建企业发展能力评价指标体系的必要性和意义。进而对信息时代企业发展能力的内涵是企业的核心竞争力进行了论述，并对发展能力的构成因素进行了分析研究。为了更好地分析各项发展能力指标，论证文章论点，本文结合用友软件科技有限公司的财务资料和其他相关资料进行案例分析。

Abstract
Development ability is the source of enterprises sustainable development and future value, which is the survival of the enterprise and the source of profit. The analysis and evaluation of enterprise development ability has strong practical significance. It is not only the key to scientific evaluation of enterprise performance, is the government to strengthen macrocontrol, to improve enterprise management and meet the external needs of the tool, but also to improve the competitiveness of enterprises effective tool.
Enterprise development including core technical ability, coordination ability, marketing ability, strategic management ability, innovation ability, through the analysis of the financial indicators can the quality of comprehensive evaluation of the financial situation of enterprises, the level of profitability, this paper to UFIDA 2013 2015 years of financial data, for example by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combined method and comparative analysis method, using the relevant indicators of the company development ability analysis, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. Then it discusses the core competence of enterprise in the information age, and analyzes the factors of the development ability.
