前言
（一）真人秀节目在我国的发展现状
真人秀节目起源于国外，1990年之后开始活跃国外荧屏。在经过10年的创作摸索，2000年一档野外生存真人秀《幸存者》火遍全球。各国开始纷纷引进和创作真人秀节目。经过十几年的发展，如今我电视荧幕已经充斥着各式各样的真人秀节目。
国外节目引进为主，原创能力较弱
电视真人秀节目在我国发展的时间较短，国内电视人还处于学习、模仿和引进国外节目的阶段。国内早期的电视真人秀节目大多是引进国外一些已经成熟的节目模式，没有丝毫的改动，也没有融入我国特色的文化就制作播出了。这种一味的拿来主义大大弱化了我国的电视制作人的原创能力，使得活跃在荧幕上的真人秀节目多为国外引进，而鲜有带有中国文化特色的真人秀节目出现。
种类繁多，缺乏深度
在经过多年的探索发展，我国电视真人秀节目数量越来越多，种类广泛，能满足不同年龄段不同人群的需求。例如亲子类《爸爸回来了》《爸爸去哪儿》《妈妈是超人》；也有户外旅游类的，如《花儿与少年》《花样姐姐》；还有各类专业艺术的，如《中国好舞蹈》《我是歌手》等等。但是，类型繁多并不能掩盖节目缺乏深度的问题。例如湖南卫视的《全员加速中》，不仅请来了如今当红的TFBOYS全程参与，而且还有张亮、贾乃亮、谢娜等明星助阵，但是观众从头到尾看到一群明星不是在跑跑跑，就是在各种加油，时空剧情转换也让观众一头雾水，所以播出之后收视率较低反响平平。
雷同节目较多，缺乏个性化
真人秀节目的迅速发展，也使得它成为各家电视台获取收视率的主力军。在这些真人秀节目中，看起来种类繁多，但实际上雷同的现象非常严重。往往是一种类型获得现象级收视奇迹后，立刻就有类似的真人秀节目接踵而至的登上电视荧幕。比如在湖南卫视《爸爸去哪儿》大火之后，各级电视台相继推出《爸爸回来了》《放开我北鼻》等类似的亲子真人秀。更近一步证明了当前我国真人秀节目缺乏个性化缺乏创新性的问题。
（二）真人秀节目中的剧情设置
剧情设置本质上是叙事学方法在电视节目制作中的一种具体表现。在节目中，嘉宾和主持人通过虚拟的故事背景建立起虚拟的角色和人物关系，推动节目进程，并以此来 增加看点，激发受众兴趣。与以往单纯让嘉宾参与游戏的综艺节目不同，今年大火的几个真人秀节目都运用了剧情和游戏相结合的新方式——湖南卫视的《全员加速中》请来古装剧的编剧于正打造“三时空穿越”、《奔跑吧兄弟》第三季和《极限挑战》每期也会设置不同的情景，让嘉宾在限定的剧情中完成各种任务，游戏的结果也会影响故事最终走向。例如在《奔跑吧兄弟》第三季第六期节目中，跑男团成员和嘉宾冯绍峰、Ella、柳岩一同穿越到100年前上演了精彩刺激又
