摘 要
财务部门是企业的重要部门，财务管理对于财务方面十分重要，财务的好坏关系到企业的前途。企业经营者必须重点关注财务方面。营运情况正常，财务状况良好的企业，不仅能使自己在社会上的信誉增加，还会扩展企业的融资渠道，也可使投资者增加信心获取利润，得到更多的支持和投资，使多方面受益。而一个企业面临财务困境，就会处于亏损，违约，股价暴跌的后果，不但原来的投资者产生恐慌，想与其合作的潜在的投资者也会知难而退，企业也会因此破产。因此，管理者必须加强意识，对于财务方面时刻检测，发现有财务危机的苗头时，就要寻找原因，调查情况，采取措施，改变

正常，财务状况良好的企业，不仅能使自己在社会上的信誉增加，还会扩展企业的融资渠道，也可使投资者增加信心获取利润，得到更多的支持和投资，使多方面受益。而一个企业面临财务困境，就会处于亏损，违约，股价暴跌的后果，不但原来的投资者产生恐慌，想与其合作的潜在的投资者也会知难而退，企业也会因此破产。因此，管理者必须加强意识，对于财务方面时刻检测，发现有财务危机的苗头时，就要寻找原因，调查情况，采取措施，改变现状，防止由财务危机的爆发，而蔓延到企业的经营，这十分重要。本文正是针对这一目的，通过研究财务危机的早期信号，想建立一个效果好，适合大多数企业的财务预警分析，重点提出一些建议及方法，来适应这个复杂多变的市场，当企业风险来临时，企业能平稳度过财务危机难关，希望这篇文章对企业有所帮助。

ABSTRACT
The financial sector is an important part of the enterprise, financial management is very important for the financial aspects of the financial relationship between the future of the enterprise. Business operators must focus on financial aspects. The normal operating conditions, financial condition of the enterprise, not only can make the social reputation increase, will also expand the financing channels for enterprises, will enable investors to increase confidence in profits, get more support and investment, to benefit from.
