ABSTRACT
Linyi city in recent years, the farmers income continues to increase, growth is significantly increased, but subject to the conditions of Chinas urban and rural dual system, compared to urban residents and farmers income growth is still inadequate, the widening gap in urban and rural areas, through to the existing such problems at home and abroad, the study found more than other research of this problem with the national conditions of our countrys urban and

gap in urban and rural areas, through to the existing such problems at home and abroad, the study found more than other research of this problem with the national conditions of our countrys urban and rural dual system and different periods of government agricultural policy as a starting point, farmers or peasants income problems and these problems in the short term is difficult to make a big change. This paper based on the statistical yearbook and statistical yearbook data of linyi in shandong province in nearly a decade of linyi farmers income structure were analyzed, found that the farmers income mainly comes from four parts, namely, salary income, income of household operation, and transfer income, income from property in the second part of the second section the author thinks that the conclusion should be at the stage of development of the final phase of the property income and transfer income is short factors influencing farmers income increase, the potentiality of ascension. And in the third part of the analysis on the influence factors of farmers income, the author thinks that agricultural brands and government policy support and agricultural technology the three factors is an important approach to improve the farmers income, thus finally suggest some combination of the second and third part is to improve farmers own quality, strengthening policy guidance, increase investment in agricultural science and technology and improve the property transfer income.
