gistics rationalization, is not only a concept of cooperation often puts forward to the practical collaboration concept, such as research is still in the initial stage, collaborative work, lack of support system theory therefore, this paper selects regional logistics resources integration of regional logistics resources integration and focus on the main problems and obstacles, in the logistics resources integration theory and practice the principle of combining, taking Jinan city as the study area, combining with the actual situation, the exhibition area of the integration of logistics resources the value and further development strategy and direction of exploration.

一、前言
（一）研究背景
地区经济规模化、经济一体化越来越普遍，物流活动越来越密切。因此，解决区域物流资源协调的问题是迫切的。伴随商品快速流通需要的递增、商品流通市场企业内部竞争频繁，济南物流产业发展危机凸显了，物流产业要素极度匮乏的现状：存储容量不足，对外融资难，管理人员渐进短缺，市内产业竞争加剧，油价上涨等。多方向挤压，物流业平均毛利率下降。由于济南物流规划仍处于勘探阶段，政府很少考虑到物流发展总体区域规划物流资源浪费。商品流通数据资源整合、物流系统优化升级、提高现有设备利用率，促进综合物流快速流通、瞬时流通能力满足需要，促进信息网络化物流业规模化整合，增加物流业的供配中心集中度，多样化物流企业转型，提高物流的整体效益刻不容缓。
（二）选题意义
为了探索区域内物流资源整合的策略，可以实现物流合理的调度，流量等多种商业因素和配置升级的更广泛的范围，最大限度地提高收益，降低经营成本，实现商业价值 ; 可以了解区域物流对地区经济发展的影响; 通过对区域物流目前资源整合的现状分析，认识区域物流资源整合的重要性。进而对区域性物流下一步发展与规划获得理论研究，再通过现有实际案例——济南市物流产业为参照区域产业，恪守不脱离实际的探究理论的根本原则，对区域性物流产业的规模化、信息化的重要意义进行论证，对区域范围内物流产业资源、数据资源、商业资源等进行有效整合后，区域物流未来发展有何重要意义，有何指导方向，进行全面讨论。并对如何有效进行各类物流产业资源进行整合，整合的指导方向、整合的相关模式、人员的整合管理、信息的统筹规划、数据的集成统一等进行简单例证。
