我国城镇化进程中粮食安全问题及对策研究
［摘要］城市化是实现现代化的必由之路。它是社会经济发展的普遍规律。目前，在中国城镇化的快速发展。城市化的发展进一步加剧了耕地的短缺，对农田、水资源、劳动力、土地闲置和自然环境产生了巨大的影响，影响了粮食安全。国家经济生长及社会安定的主要问题即食粮安全问题。需制定与城镇化相适用的粮食安全策略，才能证我国的粮食安全。在食粮安全及城市化的意义根本上，通过相关基本论述钻研，发现城市化对我国食粮安全有两个效应不同的观点。显然，城市化必然带来农业劳动力、土地和水资源等威胁粮食安全的问题。同时，粮食安全是城市化的基础，可以为城镇化的发展提供劳动力，为城镇进展供应了最初的资源累积和开阔的 *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: &351916072&

Abstract：Urbanization is the only way to realize modernization, it is the universal law of social and economic development. At present, the urbanization of our country has been showing a trend of rapid development. The development of urbanization further worsened the situation of the shortage of agricultural land, and had a major impact on the land, water resources, labor, Idle?land，amblent?air?temperature,and then affect food security. The food security problem is the core issue of Chinas economic development and social stability. Need to develop and apply the strategy of food security, to ensure the food security of our country.Therefore, this thesis is based on the analysis of the concept of food security and urbanization, through the relevant theoretical basis of the study, put forward the impact of urbanization on the national food security in the presence of positive and negative effects of two points. It is necessary to bring about the problem of agricultural labor, land, water resources, also the basis for the development of urbanization, which can provide a broad market for the development of urbanization. The urbanization will improve the farmers income, improve the technical level of grain production, and provide a broad market for the development of Graineconomy.
