摘 要
本次毕设题目为对秦南文化活动中心办公楼工程量清单计价文件的编制，该工程位于江苏省盐城市，地上6层，总建筑面积为4633.8㎡，框架结构，结构类别为三类。通过研读该工程的建筑施工图和结构施工图的设计说明可以了解该工程各部分的做法及要求，并阅读《房屋建筑与装饰工程工程量计算规范》（GB 508542013），按照其目录顺序对各部分进行工程量计算，具体包括土石方工程、桩基工程、混凝土及钢筋混凝土工程、门窗工程、屋面及防水工程、保温隔热工程、楼地面装饰工程等，同时还需要结合《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB 505002013）、江苏省定额以及近期的市场价格为指导，算出该项目分部分项工程的综合单价。最终计算汇总得出秦南文化活动中心办公楼的工程总造价。
ABSTRACT
