摘 要
作为21世纪的新型行业——物流业。在经济稳定发展的今天为我国的经济贡献了自己的一份力量，对我国未来经济的发展也十分重要。互联网快速发展的时代，社会各界更加重视物流业的发展。物流业现在深刻的影响着我们的生活，它在我国经济发展中的地位也愈渐重要。政府为了支持这一新型行业，为其创造了一系列的良好发展条件，包括建立物流工业园，营改增降低物流税收等政策。为物流业在经济发展中的地位奠定了基础。从现实来看物流业是一种高碳行业——高耗能、高排放，包括它货物存放、物流网点建立、物流运输等方面的碳排放和能源消耗。现今社会，物流业面对全球低碳经济的号召，从自身出发响应号召。本文从财务风险这一视角出发，对低碳经济环境下物流企业的财务风险评价进行研究。
一开始，本文先描述了文章研究的背景和意义。总结了国外、国内研究现状。在研究成果的结论指导下，进行分析研究。在研究成果的结论指导下

现实来看物流业是一种高碳行业——高耗能、高排放，包括它货物存放、物流网点建立、物流运输等方面的碳排放和能源消耗。现今社会，物流业面对全球低碳经济的号召，从自身出发响应号召。本文从财务风险这一视角出发，对低碳经济环境下物流企业的财务风险评价进行研究。
一开始，本文先描述了文章研究的背景和意义。总结了国外、国内研究现状。在研究成果的结论指导下，进行分析研究。在研究成果的结论指导下，本文构建低碳经济环境下物流企业财务风险评价指标体系。
然后，本文对低碳经济和财务风险相关基础理论进行了概述。本文给低碳经济确定了明确的概念，得出低碳经济是符合现代社会持续发展的一种健康绿色的增长方式。同时也确定了财务风险的基本概念。
最后，结合物流业自身的特点的基础上，对物流业的风险系统进行了分析和研究。通过研究本文决定从财务能力、环境、管理和能力四个方面构建了风险评价指标体系，并用十家上市公司分析该指标，得出这一指标体系的适用性，和对这一体系进行评价。

ABSTRACT
As a new industry in twenty-first Century, the logistics industry in the steady development of economy in Chinas economic contribution to a force of its own, the development of Chinas economy is also very important. The rapid development of the Internet era, the society from all walks of life to pay more attention to the development of the logistics industry. The logistics industry is now a profound impact on our lives and its position in the economic development in our country is getting more and more important. The government in support of the new industry, creating good conditions for the development of a series, including the establishment of Logistics Industrial Park, replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT) reduce logistics tax policies. Laid the foundation for the status of the logistics industry in the economic development. From the reality view of the logistics industry Is a kind of high carbon industry, high energy consumption, high emission, it includes goods storage, logistics network, logistics transportation and other aspects of carbon emissions and energy consumption.
